Harrysen Mittler has over thirty years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business administration and commerce. He served in the audit division of Deloitte Haskins and Sells, the predecessor to Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Mittler also served as chairman and president of Grand Prix Sports, Inc., a publicly traded motor sports company that owned a 40% equity stake in Nordic Racing Ltd., a FIA F3000 racing team  the support venue for the Formula 1 International auto racing series. He served as director and CFO of Nortia Capital Partners Inc., a publicly traded merchant banking company, as well as for Autoworks International Ltd. a company quoted on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Peter Pizzino has an extensive career in the securities and investment industry with financial experience spanning over 25 years. He served in several NYSE boutique securities firms on Wall Street which generated several hundred million U.S. dollars in client offerings.  Since 2009, Mr. Pizzino has been guiding emerging companies based in China on their business development and financing needs. Mr. Pizzino holds a B.S. degree in accounting and finance.

Dr. Wang-Chan Wong is founder and has, since 2015, served as chairman of KB Quest Group Inc. (“KBQ”) a global Enterprise Systems Service provider, awarded “Top Partner” in China for 2018 by Microsoft and an advisor to the California Institute of Food and Agriculture Research (“CIFAR”). He holds two M.S. degrees in business and computer science, as well as a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Wong has published over 43 technical papers in international conferences and journals. For over 28 years, he has served as a tenured professor of Information Systems and Computer Science at California State University.

Mr. Kenneth Pei is President of PEI'S P&D, Chairman of the US-China Economic and Trade Promotion Council, and a Senior Advisor to the UN. As Chairman of the US-China Economic and Trade Promotion Council, Mr. Pei focuses on promoting international trade and investment opportunities, working closely with high level government officials and distinguished companies on these efforts. Mr. Pei is brother to renowned architect I.M. Pei. Mr. Pei is actively involved in promoting cultural and economic exchanges between China and the US.
